Autoresponders update

Update: I recommended a free autoresponder , well it was free but no more... that auto responder was MYLP

Update September 24th 2016: seems they have had a change of heart.  And that is good news for anyone looking to start out but really cant afford the$20 a month for Aweber ….its still Free

There are a few restrictions :

  • Free accounts can only collect contacts by placing a signup form on their website. The “Add/Import Contacts” page in the web application to import existing lists is not available.
  • Free accounts can send up to 1,000 emails per month.
  • Maximum number of contacts: 1,000.

Now its still one of the most inexpensive auto responders out there … $3.75 a month for 500 emails and $7.50 a month for 2500 … better than $20 a month for Aweber.. but at last glance the issue with it was the sign up forms…. no pizaz … and plain looking with no templates and no landing page builder..

But all in all if you can afford it stick with Aweber but starting out I still recommend MYLP…its a lot easier on the pocket book .. ( in all the years dealing with aweber the only complaint I had was that its a little slow sometimes and $20 a month adds up but once you get past the first 500 now they bump it up to $29 . but to make money you usually have to have a list of around 2k or so (although I have seen small lists make great money .. depends on the relationship you create with your list… )… they seem to be getting a little greedy … for $49 a month your list size can grow to 5k so … the one thing about Aweber is that it is expensive but has been around forever .. they seem to have the same issues that all companies have after being around for a while.. the staff grows and so the price grows but the services remain basically the same.. just me opinion of course.

I will try to get a video series to show how to create a good looking template for mylp…and I use a little tool that makes squeeze pages and landing pages a breeze
